In order to serve you better, we will be transitioning to a new bank partner this summer. We are making this transition to support powerful new features like instant transfers to bank accounts, recurring contributions, more robust payment options for pool links, and much more!

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be winding down our relationship with our current bank partner, LendingClub Bank, N.A. (formerly Radius Bank). We are excited to announce more about our new bank partner soon.

How does this affect your Braid Account?

As a result of this transition, our current bank partner LendingClub Bank, N.A. is requiring that you either move your money out of Braid before August 2, 2022 while we transition to our new bank, or as an alternative, LendingClub Bank will mail you a check with your remaining funds.

We worked very hard to avoid this, and we are so sorry for this disruption. The most important thing is for you to maintain access to your funds at all times during this transition. If you’re unable to meet this deadline please contact our Support Team (hello@braid.co). We will provide regular updates on what will be impacted and when, and you can always find the Bank Transition Page.
